The Role
As our first AI-native Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand identity and build our marketing foundation from the ground up. You will serve as the architect of our entire AI-native marketing engine, leveraging cutting-edge tools to scale awareness and global demand for Brickeye’s technology services.
In this role, you will shape the narrative and brand voice of a growing construction risk intelligence innovator, ensuring our message resonates across the global market. You will work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming the construction tech and Insurtech landscape, translating complex technical solutions into compelling market leadership.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, leads, customer engagement, and thought leadership across target industry segments.
- Establish the company’s brand identity, voice, and thought leadership positioning as an AI-Native IoT-Enabled Construction Risk Intelligence platform within the construction, commercial real estate development, and insurance services markets.
- Design and lead demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, content strategy, and events to support pipeline growth.
- Partner closely with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and tools that accelerate revenue.
- Build and manage a small, high-performing, AI-native marketing team over time, including external agencies and contractors as needed.
- Define and manage marketing KPIs, budgets, and reporting to ensure measurable impact.
- Oversee technology service marketing initiatives—launches, pricing, collateral, and competitive analysis.
- Represent marketing leadership in executive discussions, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
⚙️ Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- 8–12+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in IoT, SaaS, construction technology, or insurtech businesses.
- Proven experience marketing to construction, high-rise real estate development, commercial insurance or related industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Knowledge and experience spearheading the deployment and integration of AI-native tools into the marketing stack to execute on initiatives and projects.
- Track record in building brand strategies from the ground up and scaling them successfully.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical service offerings into commercial value.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset well-suited to a growing, fast-paced company environment.
