About Coral

Coral is redefining women's midlife health by providing accessible, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Our mission is to empower women through education, medical support, and community — helping them feel seen, supported, and in control of their health.
Marketing plays a central role in building trust, educating the public, and driving the growth that helps us reach more women and employers.

Role Overview

The Content Strategist is a cornerstone hire for our marketing team. This role sits at the heart of our Brand, Content, PR & Community pillar and is responsible for building Coral’s voice, accelerating brand awareness, and creating content that drives both education and engagement.
You will translate Coral’s clinical expertise and brand personality into compelling editorial content, social storytelling, webinars, newsletters, and community engagement. You’ll also support thought leadership and PR initiatives by shaping narratives that help Coral stand out in a noisy, stigmatized, and fast-evolving category.
This is the perfect role for a marketer with strong writing instincts, deep digital culture fluency, and the ability to turn insights into content that women trust and will want to share.
The role is primarily remote but does require some in person time in Montreal, so you must be located within the Montreal area.
