Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de produit principal+ (Senior+ Product Manager) « natif de l'IA » exceptionnel pour bâtir et diriger l’épine dorsale d’intelligence et de réconciliation de HTS pour les segments Vols, Hôtels, Voitures et Services auxiliaires.
Ce rôle est responsable des systèmes qui définissent l'intelligence des prix, les rapports de performance des fournisseurs et la « vérité financière » à travers des millions de transactions de voyage. Vous concevrez et mettrez à l'échelle une infrastructure pilotée par des modèles qui interprète en continu les données transactionnelles, génère des prix de référence, détecte les changements de performance, réconcilie les flux financiers et assure l'intégrité des revenus en temps réel.
Il s'agit d'un rôle fondamental à l'intersection de l'économie de marché (marketplace), de l'apprentissage automatique (machine learning) et des systèmes financiers. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de science des données et d'ingénierie pour mettre en production des modèles prédictifs, définir des cadres d'évaluation et garantir que nos systèmes d'intelligence sont mesurables, adaptatifs et fiables.

Stratégie et feuille de route : Piloter la stratégie de bout en bout pour l'intelligence des prix, la performance des fournisseurs et la réconciliation financière pour tous les segments de voyage.
Architecture de prix de référence : Concevoir des systèmes de tarification utilisant la modélisation prédictive, les signaux d'élasticité et la détection d'anomalies en temps réel.
Intelligence fournisseur : Transformer les données transactionnelles en signaux de performance automatisés et en diagnostics de prix.
Gouvernance des données financières : Établir et gérer la source de vérité unique pour les revenus, les marges, les taux de commission (take rate), les transactions et les annulations.
Cycle de vie des modèles : Concevoir des cadres d'évaluation, de surveillance et de rétroaction des modèles, incluant la détection de dérive (drift detection).
Réconciliation automatisée : Implémenter des systèmes de détection proactive d'incohérences financières à grande échelle.
Exécution interfonctionnelle : Collaborer avec l'ingénierie, la science des données, la finance et le commercial pour livrer une infrastructure de qualité production intégrée aux modèles.
Un(e) candidat(e) idéal(e):
5 ans et plus d'expérience en gestion de produit, incluant la responsabilité de produits natifs de l'IA et de systèmes pilotés par des modèles en production.
Expérience pratique (« hands-on ») : Capacité à rédiger des prompts, concevoir des tests d'évaluation ou prototyper avec des LLM/modèles de fondation dans votre flux de travail (pas seulement superviser les autres).
Gestion du cycle de vie de l'IA : Maîtrise de la définition de problèmes, conception de signaux, mesures d'évaluation (ex. compromis précision/rappel), cadres de surveillance et stratégies de réentraînement.
Systèmes à grande échelle : Expérience dans le déploiement de systèmes prédictifs, de plateformes de détection d'anomalies ou d'infrastructures de décision automatisée.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de SQL et des ensembles de données transactionnelles massifs.
Expertise métier : Expérience avec les systèmes de tarification, les plateformes de rapports financiers ou les cadres de réconciliation.
Communication : Capacité exceptionnelle à vulgariser des concepts complexes entre les parties prenantes techniques, financières et commerciales.

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional, AI-native Senior+ Product Manager to build and lead the intelligence and reconciliation backbone of HTS across Flights, Hotels, Cars, and Ancillaries.
This role owns the systems that define pricing intelligence, supplier performance reporting, and financial truth across millions of travel transactions.
You will design and scale model-driven infrastructure that continuously interprets transactional data, generates reference pricing, detects performance shifts, reconciles financial flows, and governs revenue integrity in real time.
This is a foundational role at the intersection of marketplace economics, machine learning, and financial systems. You will partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering to productionize predictive models, define evaluation frameworks, manage model lifecycles, and ensure intelligence systems are measurable, adaptive, and trusted.
The work you do will directly shape partner economics, supplier transparency, and HTS’s global commerce platform.
What would your day-to-day look like:
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for pricing intelligence, supplier performance intelligence, and financial reconciliation across all travel verticals.
Architect and evolve reference pricing systems leveraging predictive modeling, elasticity signals, competitive benchmarking, and real-time anomaly detection.Build the supplier intelligence layer, transforming transactional data into automated performance signals, demand insights, and pricing diagnostics.
Establish and govern the canonical source of truth for revenue, margin, take rate, transactions, and cancellations across systems and partners.
Design model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback frameworks, including drift detection and continuous improvement mechanisms.Implement automated reconciliation and anomaly detection systems to proactively surface financial inconsistencies at scale.
Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Commercial, and Supply to deliver production-grade, model-integrated infrastructure.
An ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of AI-native products and model-driven systems in production. You have built and scaled systems where AI is foundational to product behavior — not an additive feature.
Hands-on experience writing prompts, designing evaluation harnesses, or prototyping with LLMs/foundation models as part of their PM workflow (not just overseeing others doing it)
Demonstrated experience operating as an AI-native PM, with hands-on ownership of model lifecycle management including problem framing, signal design, evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall tradeoffs, forecasting accuracy), monitoring frameworks, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
Experience shipping predictive systems, anomaly detection platforms, automated decisioning infrastructure, or model-driven pricing systems at scale.
Strong fluency with SQL and large-scale transactional datasets.
Experience owning pricing systems, financial reporting platforms, marketplace intelligence tools, or reconciliation frameworks.
Deep understanding of marketplace economics, revenue mechanics, and pricing strategy.
Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional systems with measurable business impact.
Exceptional communicator able to operate effectively across technical, financial, and commercial stakeholders.
