We are looking for two people to join as Sales Directors, where they will spearhead efforts to cultivate new business while nurturing enduring partnerships with premier brands and agencies throughout Canada. Situated in Montreal and in Toronto, this role is especially thrilling as Optable continues to expand its Canadian presence, presenting an exceptional chance to be part of a dynamic team within a globally recognized company.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role focused on solutions within the digital advertising sector
  • Established connections with brand clients and agencies in Montreal and/or Toronto, Canada
  • Extensive understanding of advertising, performance-based media, and advertising technology platforms
  • Excellent business acumen, adept at presenting ideas and concepts effectively
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence, professionalism, and tenacity
  • Flourishes in collaborative environments
  • Capable of navigating and communicating with both internal (Optable) and external (client) teams
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and related productivity tools

Develop Advertising Strategies: Master and promote effective advertising strategies and innovative solutions—both creative and technical—across a wide range of industries and business models. Translate business objectives into real campaigns for our customers.

Manage Time Effectively: Skillfully allocate your efforts between high- and low-potential accounts, optimizing your sales pipeline for optimal outcomes.
