Are you a dynamic and passionate business leader ready to revolutionize the delivery of pet care? Join Vetster as the Manager, Marketplace Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our veterinary telehealth marketplace.

In this influential position, you will champion the supply side of our platform, collaborating closely with our network of veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians (RVTs) to maximize the value proposition of our marketplace. As part of the Marketplace Supply team, and reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Data, to drive strategic initiatives that foster growth and innovation.

As the driving force behind our marketplace operations, you will strike the delicate balance between the needs of pet owners and veterinary professionals, ensuring both sides of the equation derive maximum value from our platform. Embracing a test-and-iterate mindset, you will explore new ideas, collect valuable learnings, and continuously refine our offerings to deliver an unparalleled experience.

Your Impact:

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in business operations, project management, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics is a must
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for testing and iterating, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with the veterinary industry and telehealth landscape is a plus, but not required

  • Video interview with Brody Slacer, VP of Business Operations (45 minutes)
  • Complete a case study demonstrating your ability to identify opportunities and generate ideas
  • Final round in-person Interview with Brody Slacer, VP of Business Operation, Nina Popovic, Head of Marketing, and Cerys Goodall, COO (60 minutes)
