Are you passionate about revolutionizing the delivery of pet care? Join Vetster as a Veterinary Success Manager and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our network of exceptional veterinary professionals.

In this position, you will play an important role in our efforts to attract, onboard, educate and empower top-tier veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians (RVTs), fostering long-lasting relationships that drive the success of our innovative telehealth platform.

As part of the Marketplace Supply team, and reporting to our VP of Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enable our veterinary partners to maximize their impact and market share. Through coaching, comprehensive training programs, and strategic industry engagement, you will position Vetster as the preferred platform for veterinary professionals seeking to leverage cutting-edge technology and deliver exceptional care to pet owners.

As a champion of Vetster's veterinary marketplace, you will cultivate relationships with clinics, associations, and key stakeholders. Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for continuous learning will fuel the development of best practices, resources, and initiatives that empower our veterinary partners to thrive, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Vetster's veterinary telehealth ecosystem.

Your Impact:

  • Recruit and onboard top-tier veterinarians to Vetster's innovative telehealth marketplace
  • Foster long-lasting relationships by providing personalized coaching and support, empowering our veterinary experts to maximize their impact and market share
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, resources, and training programs that enable our veterinary experts to thrive on our platform
  • Drive the growth and success of Vetster's veterinary telehealth platform, revolutionizing the way pet owners access exceptional care
  • Occasionally attend industry events and conferences, representing Vetster and cultivating strategic relationships with clinics, associations, and key stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in account management, business development, partnerships or related fields, with a passion for exceeding client expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively convey complex ideas
  • Passion for empowering users through comprehensive training and coaching
  • coaching and training customers how to use technology
  • Strong ability to identify and engage prospective partners with high growth potential
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for continuous learning and improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with the veterinary industry and telehealth landscape is a plus, but not required
